I can’t believe it’s been a year since my daughter’s first pair of Freshly Picked moccasins and my first giveaway for them! So much has happened since then, but our love for Freshly Picked hasn’t changed. Susan Petersen, the creator of Freshly Picked, is a mompreneur and made her product out of love and necessity. Her determination and success is an inspiration to many moms, including myself!

You can try them on at Nordstrom before you buy. Several of the popular colors and patterns are available, depending on the store. Your best bet is to see which pattern or color you like online, then call Nordstrom to see if it’s available. It’s a good way to see if your kid (and you) like them.

New Patterns, Colors, and Designs

The selection has increased greatly. In addition to classic favorites such as Heirloom (pictured below),

they’ve done some awesome artist collaborations such as Pin the Petal on the Flower, a collaboration with Oh Joy (below).

I love the tartan pattern on Timber (below). It’s perfect for the holidays or for your tiny hipster.

Freshly Picked moccasins also come in petite sizes, which you can see on the No Place Like Home crib moccasins below, will fit over the tiniest of toes.

I fell in love with the  Are you Kitten Me?  moccasins and ordered this whimsical design to my review. I felt it matched her silly personality and love of cats.

Even though my daughter runs and walks, we are barefoot a lot. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or not, but in our family, we take our shoes off when we enter the house. Freshly Picked moccasins provide protection and comfort when we are out of the house. I love the design and styles that are so unique to Freshly Picked.

My daughter loves cats. It’s unfortunate that we cannot have one as a pet because I’m allergic. Luckily, we have several animal shelters nearby, so we visit cats and kittens at the local shelters.
