Upcoming Kid-Friendly Events at the Automobile Driving Museum

Hot Wheels® Garage

Hot Wheels® Garage at the Automobile Driving Museum is a fun-filled day for the whole family. It features life-size cars on display and numerous Hot Wheels® tracks and cars to race. There’s also face painter and balloon artist! The Automobile Driving Museum will also feature a special $2.00 kid’s sundae in the Ice Cream Station ice cream parlor.

Each month Hot Wheels® Garage supports a local community group. April’s event welcomes the Friendship Foundation, which serves youth and special-needs families in the South Bay. Please bring donations of:

  • Board games and group games
  • Full size sports balls (footballs, basketballs, volleyballs)
  • Hula hoops

Your donation can be exchanged for a raffle ticket in our raffle!

STEAM Hands-on Learning Programs

The Automobile Driving Museum (ADM) now offers fun STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Design, and Mathematics) classes for children of all ages. This is a great forum to initiate a love and appreciation for these subjects and help foster an understanding of what they learn in their curriculum at school and how to apply it to daily life.

El Segundo Museum of Art (ESMoA) teams up with Automobile Driving Museum‘s STEAM event May 13th for CAR CRAFTS

Design your own car artistically using materials from your home! ESMOA and The ADM team up to help children design their own special car out of egg cartons, toilet paper rolls, paper, tape, mints and more!  It’s a fun, hands-on art making workshop!

Since opening in January 2013, ESMoA has functioned as a catalyst for creative thinking and expression, sparking the light of inspirational sources while embracing creativity in a broad sense that distinguishes it from classic museums.
