It’s been about a month since the 90-day Baby Boot Camp Los Angeles (Culver City and Marina Del Rey) MOLO challenge ended, but I finally have my challenge results to share!
As mentioned in previous posts, my goals focused on longevity and endurance rather than losing a certain amount of weight or inches.
I did better on most of the challenges except for one – The functional fitness test*.
I think that’s because it was the first thing I during the first assessment, and the last thing I did for the second.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my results. As far as my measurements, they weren’t significant. I didn’t weigh myself before or after, but my clothes fit about the same as they did before. What I am happy about is how much stronger and faster I’ve become.
The point of MOLO is to create personal goals to help maintain a healthier, happier lifestyle. I feel like I’m definitely on the right track. I have bad days, sad days, and days when I offset a delicious dessert with a salad, but overall, I’m in a better place than where I was when MOLO began.
Thank you, Melissa and Elizabeth (Baby Boot Camp Los Angeles – Culver City and Marina Del Rey owners and trainers).
