Lazy Red Snapper Dinner
This post is sponsored by Milk and Eggs, a grocery food delivery service in California.
I’ve been a lazy cook lately, but I also want to eat healthier. For me, that means protein and vegetables. Protein, preferably in the form of fish! When I placed my Milk and Eggs order this month, I couldn’t pass up the chance to put some Red Snapper in my cart. It was on sale for $4.99 (regular price $9.99) per 8 ounce piece, so I ordered two. I could have ordered three, but I don’t like having fish leftovers (if there were indeed, any).
Pairing it with some flash fried bok choy with some liquid aminos (a soy sauce substitute) and some garlic and red onion made for a quick, delicious, and (I think) nutritious weeknight meal! Thanks, Milk and Eggs!
