“Sherlock Gnomes” comes to theatres March 23rd
Today, my daughter and I attended an advance screening of “Sherlock Gnomes“, Paramount Pictures‘ latest animated film. My daughter was most excited about seeing the Mankini gnome character she saw on the movie trailer, that made her laugh so much.
I really liked the detail in the animation and characters. The art department did a great job of giving them the garden gnome texture and as well as the sound department to convince us of their weight and shape.
Garden gnomes Gnomeo & Juliet, return to the big screen to solve a mysterious crime. Shortly after moving to London, their garden party of gnomes goes missing. Following the series of similar crimes is Sherlock Gnomes with Dr. Watson. This movie follows their journey in finding the culprit.
The deeper meaning of this movie is to appreciate and not take anyone for granted, particularly those closest to you.
The movie stars the voices of Emily Blunt (Juliet), James McAvoy (Gnomeo), Johnny Depp (Sherlock Gnomes), and Chiwetel Ejiofor (Dr. Watson).
