ZUKI Muscle Roller for muscle pain relief

Since I started taking Taekwondo classes and dance classes, my body has been sore. Not just the “I’ve been working out” type sore, but also the “I’m getting older” type pains. I know working out is the “good pain”, but it’s not good if it stays in your system in the form of lactic acid buildup. My mother would tell me to “stop exercising” because it’s the cause of my pain, but I know that’s not a healthy option.

Stretching, massages, and acupuncture are all modes of relief I’m using. Unfortunately, massages and acupuncture can be costly. Thankfully, there are tools you can use at home to relieve the pain. Recently, I started using a muscle roller, sent to me by the company to try out.

Previously, I had just been using tennis balls for targeted relief, but the ZUKI Muscle Roller is versatile and allows me to easily massage a larger area of my body. The soft-point rollers allow self-myofascial release (which temporarily leaves funny marks on the skin), and increases blood flow.

It’s good for use On All Muscle Groups – Back, Quads, Triceps, Glutes, Calves, Biceps, Hamstrings, Abdominals, Legs, Arms, Back, Neck. I’ve been using it primarily on my calves, neck, back, and feet.

I definitely feel a difference after using ZUKI Muscle Roller on a daily basis.
