Workouts with Baby Boot Camp

One of the things I like about working out with Baby Boot Camp Los Angeles (Culver City and Marina Del Rey) is that it’s different every time. It stays interesting and keeps me motivated. On my way to class this morning, it started sprinkling. I was halfway to Helms Bakery, where we have class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and thought about turning around. It’s been a busy week for me (preschool visits, play dates, and getting a haircut), so I could have easily turned around. But I didn’t. I showed up to class and was happy I did. Melinda taught class and worked out with us too. My kid played with the other kids, I chatted with my friends, and got a good workout.

Here is what we did:

After finishing one round of the stations, timed at one minute each, we ran three laps around the Helms Bakery courtyard. We went through the stations about 6 times then did cool down and stretching.

Workout boards from other days

Here are some boards from earlier workouts. This gives you an idea of the variety of exercises we do at Baby Boot Camp Los Angeles (Culver City and Marina Del Rey) and how you will benefit the most by attending class often.
