This past Saturday, my daughter and I attended (as media guests) the grand opening party of the JapanLA Rilakuuma Pop-Up Shop<\/strong><\/a> in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Who is Rilakkuma?<\/h2>\n

Rilakkuma<\/em> is a character of the Tokyo-based stationery San-X company. Rilakkuma<\/em> is a brown bear character, known for relaxing, taking it easy, and being well-loved by others. His friends include characters\u00a0Korilakkuma<\/em> (white bear cub),\u00a0Kiiroitori <\/em>(yellow bird), and\u00a0Chairoikoguma<\/em> (tiny brown bear that smells of honey and has fangs).<\/p>\n
