\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We had a great time at the 5th<\/sup>\u00a0Annual SoCalMoms Great Big Family Play Day<\/strong><\/a> hosted at the Autry in the Griffith Park.\u00a0\u00a0We were also invited to the City Moms App<\/strong><\/a> sponsored VIP private family lounge and were able to enjoy a day of pampering and fun.<\/p>\n

VIP Lounge<\/h2>\n

The picnic area offered various refreshments and gave us an opportunity to try new products in the shade. My husband\u2019s adventurous nature lead him to choose Nature\u2019s Path Golden Tumeric Cereal<\/a> with Califa Farms Almond milk<\/a> for our kid \u2013 the kid ate it all up!\u00a0\u00a0By the afternoon, we found our beverage of choice was Harmless Harvest Coconut Water<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Camp\u2019d Out Tent<\/a> was a beautifully designed kid\u2019s area.\u00a0\u00a0I loved the aesthetics and my kid loved the access to the percussion instruments available for play.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Main Stage:<\/h2>\n

Performances by Jazzy Ash<\/a> and The Beat Buds<\/a> started off our morning with great music and dancing fun.\u00a0The Beat Buds<\/a> performance was very highly interactive and we loved the munchkin mosh pit.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Carnival Activity Rides:<\/h2>\n

This area had a good mix of activities for younger kids. My kid saw the kiddie swings and wanted to go on it immediately.\u00a0\u00a0He loved giving his dad high fives at every rotation.\u00a0\u00a0The line became too long to wait for a second ride, so we decided to go on the kiddie slide next. Hopefully, he\u2019ll be big enough to go on the big one!<\/p>\n

Featured Events<\/h2>\n

Great Big Pump & Splash<\/a> was as a real treat!\u00a0\u00a0There were so many different types of pumps to keep all kids squealing with joy.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Great Big Storytime Circle from Books and Cookies<\/a> created a great space for stories and rest.\u00a0\u00a0My kid was treated to an epic reading by the story book lady surrounded by cushions, play mats, and toys.\u00a0\u00a0He even stuck around afterwards, riding the rocking horse while enjoying a shower of bubbles from the Subaru<\/a> tent across the way.<\/p>\n

The Great Big Kids Sports Arena was extremely popular and was packed with older kids.\u00a0\u00a0Luckily, we found a more intimate field provided by Super Soccer Stars<\/a> nearby and our shorty was able to kick all the balls to his heart\u2019s content.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Local Brands and Businesses:<\/h2>\n

What a Babe! Kids Studio<\/a>\u2019s and Zimmer Children\u2019s Museum<\/a> both captured my kid\u2019s attention with their sensory stations.\u00a0\u00a0He spent at least 20 minutes at each location and the we felt welcomed for the entire duration of our visit.\u00a0\u00a0While the kid was playing, I was also able to pick up a free Child ID Cards New York Life<\/a> in the next stall.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I loved the Sunscreen Station and the Hydration Station provided by Babyganics<\/a> and Aguavida<\/a>, respectively.\u00a0\u00a0These are the two things I don\u2019t leave the house without, but, had I left in a rush this morning, I\u2019m grateful that these two bases would have been covered!<\/p>\n
