On Sunday, my family and I went to The Getty Center to see Mista Cookie Jar and The Chocolate Chips<\/a><\/strong>. It was our first visit to the the Getty Center’s Garden Concert for Kids series<\/strong><\/a>, and we had a blast! The program included lyrics to a few of his songs so we could sing along. L.A. based singers Andrew and Polly<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0joined Mista Cookie Jar<\/strong> and his daughter Ava Flava<\/strong> on stage, as did Jazzy Ash<\/strong><\/a>. Mista Cookie Jar<\/strong>\u00a0also went off-stage to serenade the crowd. Mista Cookie Jar always ends his\u00a0shows with a shower of bubbles from bubble machines. The Getty provides a great backdrop and is a great way to spend a weekend day with the family.<\/p>\n
