Air Purifier Picks for L.A.’s smoky air

Since fires broke out in the L.A. area, the air quality has gone from bad to worse. I’m so thankful I purchased an air purifier during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, because it’s been on my list for awhile. Ever since visiting my friend Aya (twolittlenomnoms.com) and learning about the power of air purifiers, I’ve wanted one. Ideally, I’d like one in every room like she has, but one will have to do for now. My cat allergies aren’t bad when I visit her home, which houses two cats. I attribute it to her daily cleaning, wood floors, and air purifiers in (almost) every room.

Now, air purifiers are a must-have. After chatting with a few friends, these are the ones I feel are the best. I hope the fires subside and everyone stays safe.

Winix

Winix 5300-2 Air Purifier

This is the air purifier I purchased. It’s under $150 and is “Amazon’s Choice” for “Winix Air Purifier”. I move it from room to room, and it’s pretty light. I like it a lot, especially because it’s quiet and affordable. This is the brand Aya has, which is why I purchased it.
