Shopping for Kid’s Vintage Online and Link to Focus Magazine Article

This post is a continuation of my previous post on Kid’s Vintage and Resale Shopping. It is the second part of the article which was printed in the June 2014 Shopping Issue of Focus Magazine

If you don’t live in L.A. or have time to check out brick and mortar resale and vintage places in your area, The online marketplace is always open. Many flock to Etsy for vintage finds. I’ve found Etsy and online stores more user-friendly and informative than Ebay when it comes to vintage. If I go to Ebay, it’s because I’m looking for something specific. Here are some great places online to shop for vintage children’s clothing:

The Tiny Coyote ( Vintage kids clothes, handmade accessories, and hand-drawn screen printed T’s
Capture the Flag ( Fantastic vintage finds, nice selection
Joli Mome ( High-end, French Vintage
It’s Vintage, Baby ( New and vintage
Ruby Lane children’s vintage (,id=94.3): Antique, Edwardian, Victorian, and vintage as early as the 1920s
Home Spun Vintage: ( Vintage and reworked vintage line

Dressing and shopping for my daughter, as well as meeting like-minded (fashion and business) mothers, inspired me to start my own online store!  Please check out my shop, Animal Snap Crackers (, for vintage and classic children’s fashions!
